How to fix the Outlook App on iPhone/iPad/Android:
-Open the Outlook app (not Email, it must be the blue & white colored Outlook app by Microsoft)
-Go to menu (three horizontal lines on the top-right or top-left of the Outlook app screen, if you don't see this skip to next step)
-Got to settings (gear at bottom left or right)
-Click on your account
-Delete your account
-Choose ‘Get started’ and walk through setup process
-If asked which type of account choose Office 365
If you're having issues with Outlook on your PC or laptop, please follow these steps:
-Close Outlook
-Click on the start menu (bottom left Windows button)
-Choose Control Panel (from the start menu)
-Top-right of Control Panel click on search box and enter 'mail' (without the quotes)
-In the results windows click on Mail, may also show as Mail (Outlook 2016)
-Click on 'Show Profiles'
-Remove any profiles you see listed
-Click OK
-Open Outlook
-Enter O365 for the profile name
-Walk through setup
-Close out of the Get Outlook on your phone for free window
-Be patient as your mailbox loads (bottom-right will provide update status)
